Shipment & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- All orders placed Monday to Saturday before 1:00 PM are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities (e.g., Islamabad, Lahore): Delivery may take 2–4 working days (Monday–Saturday).
- Deliveries outside Punjab: Estimated delivery time is 4–5 working days.
- Sale or Promotion Days: Delivery may take 5–7 working days due to high order volume.
High-Value Orders
For orders above Rs. 20,000, Zagro Footwear may request the customer to pay an advance amount to confirm the order.
Undelivered Parcels
- If a parcel is returned due to customer negligence, the customer's account may be placed on hold, and advance payment will be required for future orders.
- If the courier is unable to deliver the order, it will be returned to us. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- If we do not receive a response from the customer, the order will be canceled.

Order Cancellation
Please note that Zagro Footwear may cancel orders due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing or system errors
- Missing or incomplete customer information
