Our Founder & History

The journey of “Zagro Footwear” began in the year 2000 when two childhood friends Muhammad Saeed and Muhammad Yousaf from a small village near Pattoki decided to turn their shared passion into a business. With very limited investment but strong determination and trust in each other they moved to Lahore in search of better opportunities. They started a small footwear unit in a modest space focusing only on basic leather shoe production. In the beginning they worked with their own hands managing cutting, stitching, and finishing while learning every aspect of the craft through experience and hard work.

Through consistent effort, patience, and commitment to quality they slowly built their reputation in the local market. Their men's leather shoes gained attention for durability, comfort, and honest craftsmanship, which helped them expand their production over time. Today, after more than 26 years of dedication, their work continues to serve the local market across Pakistan in large quantities while staying true to the same values they started with: quality, reliability, and respect for craftsmanship.
